Returns & Exchanges

At Dancyn 3D Prints, we want you to love your wearable art; if your 3D-printed fashion piece isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the 3D-printed items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items back in their original protective packaging to prevent any structural damage to the 3D-printed filaments during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the integrity of the print, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
